Tristan has been around the block when it comes to Duplicity. He's had his fair share of Duplicity's hedonistic celebrations, ranging from Christmas shenanigans on display for all to see to a strange reform camp that he didn't exactly expect to be signed up for. However, along the way, he was able to make some fairly tight friendships with those around him, in particular two people: Gwen Stacy (a crime-fighting kickass with lame punchlines) and Rafaello D'Este (an alluring vampire with a golden heart).

Tristan also encountered two others who drastically enhanced his view of magic from both ends of the spectrum. Dominic De Luca, who when he first met Tristan, disliked witchcraft greatly, and Philip Durand, a mysterious and snappy theatre kid who he'd been able to sympathize with when it came to the loss of someone they cared for--out of the city, in Tristan's mind, is always better, but it sucks to be torn away from those who you made lasting relationships with.

At the time he left, he'd been busking with tarot card reading part time to make some spare cash while living with Gwen Stacy.

Not much about Tristan changed by way of Duplicity, but that's the sort of stubborn personality he has. He's hard to squash.
